There is no upper limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted by each delegate.

Abstracts can be submitted for either the oral or poster category. Please mention your preferred category in your abstract submission email.
The Abstract Committee will make the final decision on whether the abstract will be presented in the oral or poster category.
Research Paper should be structured under the given headings:
(should be concise and to the point, clearly conveying the subject of the abstract)
(provide a brief introduction to the research topic or problem)
(describe the methods or research design employed in the study)
(summarize the key findings of the study)
(discuss the implications of the results and their significance)
(present a concise conclusion based on the findings of the study)
(provide a list of keywords (3-5) at the end of the abstract to aid in indexing)
Case Report should be structured under the given headings:
(should be concise and to the point, clearly conveying the subject of the abstract)
(provide a brief introduction to the specific case)
(describe the case, including relevant details, clinical information, or unique aspects)
(present a concise conclusion or takeaway from the case report)
Word limit, excluding the title
Limited to 40 words, don’t put full stop (.) at the end of the title
English, clear and concise
